Summary: Friendly staff. Could use some updating. The biggest issues was there was a lot of broken equipment (elevator and ice machine).

Summary: Hotel room smelled like urine. Nobody at front desk upon entering. Just a phone that said dial 0. Ice machine, vending machines, elevator did not work. No cookies, not that I need them. Grass needs cut, all kinds of weeds. Breakfast sucked. Tv is terrible.

Summary: Elevator was broken / we had a 2nd floor room ... ice machine was broken ... pool area bathroom was disgusting looks like it hasn't been cleaned ever.. place looks like the owners aren't attempting to keep up with maintenance

Summary: Have stayed at this Country Inn & Suites for several years for the family reunion. The rate this year was ridiculous. There was no reason to pay this price other than it was closest to the reunion. They have decommissioned the hot tub and the overall condition has deteriorated.

Summary: The hotel was fine, average. However, we chose it for a hot tub as advertised. There was no hot tub, as it was cemented over, obviously for a long time. The booking also said complimentary breakfast, though there was no mention or information of breakfast to us at check in or upon leaving. Perhaps we missed it or perhaps there wasn’t any, …not sure. ?
